Congratulations! You have just purchased the only torsion bar weight jacker on the market. Our unit is now covered by 2 patents for the USA and Canada.
Please follow these simple steps.
- Locate place for master cylinder mount. Holes on master are 1.625" on center and are a 1/4" course thread.
- Remove your old torsion stop. While you're doing this, there is some guy in your shop cranking the master cylinder knob on your new unit, tell him to PUT IT DOWN!!
- UNIT COMES FULLY COLLAPSED! BUT, if that guy messed with it, you will have to back out knob on master till it stops. Take C-clamp and compress pin until it stops.
- Take Bar Jac-R (with stop attached). Place on torsion bar splines, tighten 3/8" stop bolt as you would normally...real freakin' tight!
- Make your gross block adjustments as you normally would by turning the Bar Jac-R unit itself.
- This unit is equal to 6 turns on your normal torsional stop bolt. One full turn on master knob is equal to one nut flat. For you guys that can't add, that is 6 turns on the master equals one full round on your old torsion stop. 30 full turns takes you to the max of travel
The pin travels 1/4 inch total, which is more than enough adjustment! If you need more adjustment than that, try knitting for a hobby!!
Most of us that race are doing this stuff at midnight! I hope our instructions have lightened up your night in the race shop!
GOOD LUCK AT THE RACES!

CAUTION!
DO NOT DISCONNECT LINE TO RUN THROUGH BODY WORK!!
DO NOT USE PRESSURE WASHER ON ANY PART OF UNIT!!
KEEP MASTER THREADS LUBED WITH WHITE GREASE!
